ELAM PRIME
Elam Prime works best for homeowners who need repairs or improvements to get their home ready to sell, but don’t have immediate access to the necessary funds. Elam will help by lending a limited amount of funds for repairs and managing all work from start to finish. This program also includes all the benefits of the Elam Advantage program. Must meet minimum home equity requirements to qualify.
Provide all features of Elam Advantage and up to $10,000 repairs
Schedule Home Pre-Inspection with licensed home inspection company
Review Pre-inspection results with you and create a plan for items that need to be addressed
Obtain FREE estimates from vendors for items needing repairs or improvements
Review complete list of estimates with you
Schedule preferred vendors for repairs/improvements
Communicate with vendors throughout process to keep track of all progress
Keep track of all invoices and ensure all vendors are properly paid
Provided continual and timely updates to you throughout the process, including a fully transparent account of all invoices and work completed
Elam Prime Requirements:
You must have enough equity at closing to cover the cost of repairs (current mortgage statement required)
You must have no outstanding liens that are significant enough to drop equity below required level (lien search will be conducted)
In addition to full reimbursement of repair cost, you must agree to pay Elam Real Estate 1% additional commission
You must sign our Listing Reimbursement Agreement agreeing to the above terms
